Note: The "Quantity" field should remain as 1.

2. Specify your wording and other details in the personalization section (Font, font color, card model, etc.).

3. Complete your magnet purchase.

4. Send your photo(s) via ETSY message (if the chosen design requires a photo).

5. Await our message containing the printing design.

6. Approve or request revisions to the design.

7. Await our message with the updated printing design.

8. Allow us to produce your magnets and await the tracking code.

HOW TO SEND YOUR PHOTOS?

2. Click the "little camera icon" button.

3. Upload your photos.

Designs cannot be altered; only information such as your photo, name, address, date can be customized.

You cannot initiate a return and cancellation process after receiving a product you have approved. For this reason, carefully review the image submitted for your approval and, after confirming, give your approval.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship with FedEx, UPS, or DHL. All our shipments are expedited. We do not use national postal services. Generally, our customers in America, Europe, Canada, and Australia receive their orders within 5 days at the latest after we deliver them to the shipping company.
